Are your diamonds certified?

All Diamond Elite Engagement Rings are accompanied by certification from an independent laboratory, complete with a Grading Report Certificate. Our lab-grown diamonds are certified by esteemed institutions such as GIA or the International Gemological Institute (IGI). For natural mined diamonds, certification is provided exclusively by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Are lab-grown diamonds considered real diamonds?

Yes, lab-grown diamonds are considered real diamonds. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. Both types of diamonds are made of carbon and share identical crystal structures. The primary difference lies in their origin: lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology, while natural diamonds are formed over millions of years in the Earth's mantle.

Can I exchange a diamond that I purchased from another retailer?

We do not accept exchanges for diamonds purchased from other retailers.

How can I know with certainty that the diamond that I ordered is the diamond that I receive?

The diamond you receive will come with a Grading Report from an independent laboratory, either GIA or IGI. Each diamond features a unique laser-engraved serial number that corresponds to the one on the grading report. By using a microscopic tool, it can show you the unique laser engraving on the diamond, allowing you to match it to the serial number on the grading report.
